This natural stone topped table on a recycled base features blue sandstone from Missouri.  I found the base at a local thrift store, I found the blue sandstone and lyons sandstone in a local stone yard.  I made and fitted the thin steel rim.

This table sold the first time I put in in a show!   I don't think the blue sandstone was the main driver of the sale because I've done several tables featuring it.   I think it was the combination of stone, steel and wood that all compliment each other in this piece.

I have several nice slabs of blue sandstone  recycled bases sitting in my shop waiting for you to ask me to combine into a table for you.
