I made this large (4 feed by 2 feet) coffee table several years ago.  I found the base at a local garage sale and the large sandstone slabs were in my shop waiting to be cut up into small pieces for normal sized tables.

My wife, Judy, liked the result so much she wouldn't let me sell it!  Its now in our living room.
