I found this slab of peacock marble at a wholesalers shop in Lakewood along with a large slab of petrified wood.   I found the base at a local thrift shop with a glass top, which I discarded.

When I finished this table and saw how good bright and cheery the result was I went back to the shop and looked for similar pieces.   I found one and its in my shop waiting for someone (you?) to ask me to build it into a table.
