This table came together last summer. I found the three pieces of Mexican crazy lace agate at a rock shop in, of all places, downtown Portland Oregon. The owner had trouble selling them and offered them to me at a good price. Later in the year Judy and I were driving in the mountains above Golden Colorado and stopped at an estate sale. There were two steel bases there, one of which was missing screws from the base that turned out to have a metric thread. Our local hardware store carries M5 metric threaded bolts, so I was able to salvage the base with style.
The final product is 32" tall and the top is 16 1/2 x 27". I can get more crazy lace aggate, but not these bases.
